Gümüş Village, where our roots, fields and gardens are located, has very rich soils in terms of fig and olive varieties due to its geographical location and climate.

Thanks to the hot and dry summers, it is an indispensable geography for fig production. The best figs in Turkey are grown in Aydın, Gümüş Village. Gümüş Village figs contain many more vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C, B2, B3 and K, the nutritional value of which increases fivefold when dried. The figs of many fig producers in our village have been certified as “Organic Figs” by ECOCERT, one of the largest organic certification organizations in the world.

Timely and technically appropriate pruning, the use of clean and healthy conch flies, the availability of ecological conditions, especially during ripening and sun-drying periods, the good resistance of varieties to packaging and road ensure that Gümüş Village figs have superior dried fruit qualities.

We grow pivoras figs, one of the greatest miracles presented to us by nature, which are mentioned in sacred sources as the fruit of paradise, seen as a symbol of abundance and fertility, on the fertile soil of our Gümüş Village, and deliver them to your tables without losing their naturalness.
